rybackup: clarify unmounting reasons

Backup destination should only be writeable during backup, rybackup
unmounts (or it could at least remount as ro). Autofs is nice, works
good with NFS, but backup export should not be handled by it - so
there is no option to skip mount() all together. At least not in the
script as it is distributed.
